It was our first experience in using that kind of service. Usually we organize our travels by ourselves or using a local travel agency. We were very satisfied with Mona’s service delivery! She was extremely helpful, attentive and available in organizing our trip to Vietnam and also in solving some issues during our stay there. She followed up on every step of our journey in a diligent and professional manner, offering and quickly managing the solutions. It was very relaxing to be able to rely on her competency! We recommend Mona’s services without any hesitation and will certainly trust her in organizing our future travels!

We can’t rave about Mona enough!! Everything from start to finish was such a great experience. From helping us nail down a timeline, budget, and activities to the seamless coordination on the ground, we had a 5 star experience with constant communication. We did a 4 city trip and it felt like everyone was in tune every step of the way. Will be recommending her to anyone that will listen.

A huge thank you to Mona for organizing our trip to Egypt, in Hurghada! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Communication with Mona was quick, clear, and very thorough — she perfectly understood our expectations, and the brief was fully respected.
The organization was flawless, every detail carefully planned, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay without any stress. Mona is extremely responsive, highly professional, and has an excellent knowledge of the region, which made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable.

Our experience with Mona was perfect & I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Her professionalism, attentiveness & recommendations were top notch! From start to finish, it was a seamless process. She created well thought out recommendation lists with hotel options (this was super helpful to compare pricing!!), restaurant & activity recommendations, and train options for our travel from Paris to Cassis. Upon our arrival at Hotel Les Roches Blanches, we were surprised with an upgrade to the sea view room and a sweet note and bottle of wine!! The room was GORGEOUS and we are so thankful!! Such a nice touch. This trip was the first step in our destination wedding planning process and Mona is going to help us with our welcome party, transportation & room blocks for guests! With so much going on with the wedding planning & site visits, Mona made all the hotel bookings so stress free and gave us one less thing to worry about! I’m so happy & thankful she agreed to work with us for our wedding next year as I know she will make this experience for us and our guests so smooth!!
