Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mirco für die tolle Organisation von unserer Ferienreise. Alle Punkte, die uns wichtig waren, wurden perfekt umgesetzt:) Besonders gefreut habe ich mich auch über die wundervolle Überraschung zum Geburtstag, die er über das Hotel zusammen mit meiner besten Freundin organisiert hat:)
Dank Mirco lief alles absolut unkompliziert und reibungslos, wir konnten unsere Ferien einfach nur geniessen. Wir sind super zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder über ihn buchen:)

The booking process with Mirco was straightforward and smooth. We didn't have to do anything; he took care of everything. In addition, a personal welcome message with tips about Tokyo awaited us upon arrival. We were very satisfied with Mirco and would book with him again in a heartbeat.

Great as always! Mirco provides excellent service. He has an eye for detail. We planned our stay with friends and he left a welcome message in everyone's room. In the room with a child, there was even a stuffed animal to take home, which made a huge impression. So, fantastic service as always!

Not only did we feel that we were in excellent hands in general, we were also impressed by Mirco’s very, very well structured way of working. We really appreciate his detailed analysis, that he took care of all our wishes, our preferences and that he supported us everyday and every time. He is super fast, offers not only the standard booking proceedure, but also incorporates his own personal experience what makes the booking more special. He takes care of really everything and due to his service, we were able to just lean back and have a peaceful mind because we knew that everything will be done perfectly well. We would definitely recommend Mirco’s offer and are already looking forward to our next holiday planning with him.
