Our Story
Travel has been a consistent part of my life for years, from more adventurous experiences like trekking to Everest Base Camp to time spent exploring some of the world’s great wine regions. Along the way, I’ve experienced a wide range of destinations, trip styles, and ways of traveling, both independently and alongside my husband, Zane.
That breadth of experience, along with a lifestyle built around frequent and flexible travel, has shaped how I approach planning trips for others. I focus on helping clients create travel that feels thoughtful, well organized, and genuinely connected to the destination.

I believe great travel should feel thoughtful, well-paced, and deeply connected to a place—not overwhelming or overcomplicated. Whether a trip is simple or more involved, my role is to bring clarity to the process, refine the right options, and help you move forward with confidence.
My approach blends both adventurous and elevated travel, shaped by personal experience across a wide range of destinations and trip styles. Working with Mindy is a joy! She listens and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our recent trip to Buenos Aires and as a result over delivered on every aspect of our experience. Every detail—transfers, tours, food and accommodation—was handled with care. Who would have guessed our trip to 4th trip to this wonderful city special would be our best trip. Looking forward to our upcoming trips she has planned for us.

Mindy is amazing! Made everything so easy and when we had a flight delay she took care of everything so we didn't have to worry! The room upgrade, amenities and special touches made our stay very special. Will be booking with her again soon!

Mindy was an excellent travel advisor. You did a lot of research to ensure our vacation was memorable. She developed first class accommodations and suggested restaurants and numerous lovely experiences. She is world traveler herself, and was an excellent source and guide for our fantastic vacation. She was thougtful, the consummate professional who made numerous changes for us to guarantee that we were happy every step of the way.
