Mindy is fantastic. I’ve never worked with a travel agent before but I don’t see myself going back to booking on my own after this experience. She helped me book this trip with very little notice, even contacted the hotel to get me a reservation for a completely booked weekend. Her prompt responses to my emails made everything seamless and stress free. She booked everything, including hotel transfers to and from the airport, provided me with restaurant recommendations, offered to make me reservations, made our spa appointments. I really appreciated her checking in with me during my trip to make sure things were going smoothly, she also helped me troubleshoot a little pickle in real time. I am aware of how time consuming some of these tasks are so I appreciate every minute of it. Not only will I be using her to book all of my travel, I’ll be recommending her to my family/friends as well!
