My Story
My travel career, spanning almost 20 years, began with a 5-year stint as a tour guide in Italy. Since my days in Rome, I've built countless itineraries behind your favourite travel articles in the pages of Condé Nast Traveler, AFAR, Vogue and more. I live for adventure, music, dancing, vibrant colours, and food worth traveling for.
Travel Style
I’m convinced that travel is intimately tied to wellness and my trips are motivated by cultural immersion, experiencing local, seasonal flavours and *fun*. Fantastic hotels are the cherry on top. I’m all about a mix of high/low experiences and I try to learn a destination through its cuisine, nature, history, vibe, and creativity, whether it’s in an intimate art gallery, a local market stall ,or on a bike tour of a local village. I like to research heavily prior to departure so that I’m equipped with enough information that allows me to go with the flow once I’ve arrived. Acknowledging travel’s impact on the planet, I try to make decisions that will leave the smallest ecological footprint when I’m abroad which makes for an even more meaningful experience.

Mindy was a fantastic resource helping to plan our trip and deal with our hotel prior to arrival. She was an exceptional resource when we had to unexpectedly pivot after receiving notice of our resort closure close to our travel date. She was able to secure new accommodations an ensure we were fairly compensated for the change in plans. We would certainly book with her again for future travel plans!

Mindy provided us with excellent recommendations for our stay in Japan. All the arrangements went off without a hitch. Travel in Japan can be complicated but Mindy gave us clear step-by-step instructions which were incredibly helpful.

Mindy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, and attentive and accommodating. We had many challenging requests as we were a party of 5 of all different age groups (17-86 YO). She listened and delivered and made it seem effortless. She truly delivered over and beyond our expectations. She kept within our budget. I would highly recommend Mindy. I will be sure to work with her again in our future travels. Thank you Mindy!!!!
