I requested a last minute hotel reservation near the Charlotte Airport due to missing a flight out of Arizona. Mindy said “don’t worry about a thing, I’ll take care of it “. And she did. When I landed I had a reasonable rate room at a hotel with a shuttle and good service. She called later to check to see if everything was alright. I was grateful for her efficiency.

Mindy was relentless in her pursuit to line up a pleasurable experience for our trip. She nailed it again. Mindy takes the time to understand or goals and our budget. Really appreciate the extra effort she makes to bring forward restaurant recommendations, since we were traveling with a dog.
