Brooklyn-based food/beverage/hospitality PR consultant by day. When I'm not working, I'm thinking about my next meal or where to travel next.
Travel Style
The way I immerse myself into a new place/culture is by finding extraordinary culinary experiences. I prefer to have a mix of high-low dining options: one night it's dinner at a Michelin-star restaurant, the next day it's lunch at a hole-in-the-wall spot filled with locals. I seek out hidden gems that offer authentic flavors and food that feed the soul (and stomach). The high-low approach also applies to hotels and experiences, a luxe spa treatment one day and a cooking class getting my hands dirty the next. When staying in a city where I'll spend less time in the hotel room, it's all about location, but when I'm going somewhere that is known for its beautiful views & amenities, I'll splurge a bit more for a 5-star hotel offering. As long as there's good food, a great time awaits!

Mindi was so on top of everything for planning this trip we didn’t have to think about anything. She made all the travel arrangements and confirmed all hotel details including that we were bringing our baby and they had everything onsite for us. Mindi sent me all driver information before pick up so we had all details readily available. Can’t wait to book our next trip with her.

Can’t recommend Mindi enough! She made the entire travel planning process so easy and took care of every detail. She even helped us figure out potential rebooking options with the recent travel stress going on at the airports. We had the best first trip with our baby thanks to her!!!

Mindi went above and beyond for us—when our infant accommodation with the hotel went sideways (due to their misrepresentations). She relentlessly followed up and advocated on our behalf until we were reimbursed for a pack n play we had to buy. She truly had our backs the entire time and made a stressful situation so much easier. Couldn’t recommend her more!
