My Story
I’m a travel advisor and WSET-certified wine lover specializing in bespoke trips across Europe, Asia, and the United States. I travel because I believe the best way to connect with people is through food, and finding similarities in dishes continents apart reminds me that, just maybe, we’re not so different after all.
Travel Style
My style is casual luxury. There will absolutely be a well-designed hotel or rental: some plush slippers, welcome drinks, and a Dyson hairdryer if we’re lucky. But there will also be hole-in-the-wall restaurants, local experiences, and built-in downtime. And lots of really good wine.

Our Azores trip was a dream come true, thanks to Mimi! She is a fantastic communicator and a great listener - she asked the right questions from the outset and demonstrated she gets the big picture vision for the trip while also paying attention to the details that matter. It was clear she heard and understood our vision for our Azores trip and our specific travel preferences / needs with her recommendations for hotels, food, and an a-la-carte 7 day itinerary. She then went above and beyond by following up directly with the hotels before our arrival to confirm details and ensure the rooms were set up ahead of our check-in (e.g. a pull out bed for our daughter in Furnas). Her thoughtful insights, proactive nature, and prompt communication / turnaround time allowed us the luxury of showing up for a perfect trip with minimal fuss. We will definitely work with Mimi again for future trips!
