Mike Tran

Mike was very helpful from start to finish. We had a viator tour cancel on us with short notice in one of the ports and Mike pored all the available options to find us a suitable replacement which is no small task in Rome. He assisted in getting our room moved to a better spot on the ship and in advising certain smaller things. We had a very pleasant surprise that we received priority embarkation/debarkation due to our booking through Mike. Will definitely contact Mike when it comes time to book our next vacation. Our experience with Mike as our travel advisor has been beyond wonderful. From the moment we contacted him to help with our last minute traveling plan to Costa Rica, we know he will be our guide forever. He jumped on the project as soon as we informed him what we like. He patiently and promptly answered all of our silly questions and requests. He got us deals and perks at the hotel which save us lots of money (for example: Free breakfast at the W Costa Rica for all 3 of us). He also left us welcoming note and gift when we first checked into our hotel. He signed us up for sightseeing tours and compiled a complete itinerary for us prior to our trip.
