Michael did a fantastic job setting up our trip and our hotel stay. Our experience when booking our trip with Michael was done in a very professional manner. The hotel that he booked for us was in a perfect location for our stay. He made sure we were within walking distance to all the places we wanted to see without having to use an uber or mass transportation. He communicated with us in a timely manner and was very clear on what our trip consisted of. The hotel room was perfect. He gave us a lot of flexibility in arranging our travel plans and all his recommendations were very helpful in planning our itinerary to make our trip very smooth without any stress. We will no doubt use Michael for all our future trips!

Mike was incredible!!! From the minute we began planning this trip, he was so communicative and laid everything out for me. He had the important task of booking the hotel suite for my wedding weekend and boy he did not disappoint! He was in constant contact with the hotel to make sure that I was going to be not only in the suite I wanted but an exact room with the exact view I saw on social media. I read some pretty concerning reviews about the hotel itself and them not being able to guarantee a floor or exact room so I was nervous about what might happen when I checked in. But Mike made sure that I got the room of my dreams with absolutely no issues at check in! Mike ensured I received the proper hotel credits for the booking and that I knew how to use them. Mike even went above and beyond to obtain the hotel's catering managers information and he went as far as helping me to place the large wedding morning brunch order. Mike made everything about this travel experience so easy and I will be using him again and again!
