It was a very smooth experience as he had firstly taken into account of all our requirements and accordingly had planned our stay. His knowledge and research about each destination was bang on, he had an answer to the minuest of our query. He was always available, just a call or msg away, ready to change things n no. Of times. Very polite, very passionate about work and travel and most importantly approachable. I have my safe travel planner for all our future destinations.
