A South African abroad. I have lived in South Africa, Singapore, Brazil and now the USA. I have a passion for planning and adventure!
My Travel Style
I pore over information looking for unique experiences, boutique accommodations and restaurants that reflect the culture of a destination and wine to match. I can be comfortable in a rustic tent and feel quite at home in a five-star hotel. I like to plan trips that offer something extra to travelers, such as cultural immersion or appreciation, and that really create strong memories. I know that each client has different needs and I pride myself on being a good listener and working towards something spectacular for them.

Michelle is the absolute best. We had done such a great job booking a wonderful trip to Jamaica and had to pivot due to the hurricane. Michelle wasted no time and, within a day, we had an amazing vacation to Cancun booked to accommodate our group of 10. Ground transportation was seamless. When we needed to come back a day early, she helped scramble - the day before Thanksgiving - to get us home in time. Everything Michelle touched on this vacation turned to gold.

Michelle did a fabulous job. She had great hotel recommendations, and was very helpful with answering any questions we had and very timely with her responses. A nice touch having the hotel leave personal notes from her in each room! We will certainly be using her services again in the future!

Working with Michelle was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, the planning experience was quick, organized, and incredibly efficient, she always responded right away and made everything feel effortless. We told her we wanted beaches with mountains, plenty of adventure, and a few rest days built in, and she delivered exactly that. We loved every single recommendation she made. Throughout our trip, Michelle went above and beyond. At each place we stayed, she left us sweet notes and thoughtful gifts, and we were even upgraded for free more than once. Any time we emailed her with a question while traveling, she replied almost instantly, which gave us so much peace of mind. Thanks to Michelle, we got to see and stay in places we never would have found on our own and it was so reassuring knowing that every stop on our itinerary was one of the best because she picked it. I would work with her a million times over. Thank you, Michelle, for planning the honeymoon of a lifetime!

I have been raving about my booking and planning experience with all my friends and colleagues about how our plans were changing so much because of the flight cancellation and yet Michelle Souza kept up with the changing plans and made sure we were taken good care of every stage of our trip. I loved the activities on our schedule and cant wait to go back to Costa Rica again and have Michelle plan more trips for us.
