Where do I begin, Michelle is a LITERAL miracle worker and goes above and beyond for all her clients! We got married in November 2025, and had our tripped booked immediately after our wedding. However, on the night of when we were supposed to leave, my wife fell ill with extreme food poisoning, and we ended up missing our flights and trip. Michelle literally said don’t you worry and took care of everything. From talking with Sandals, to re-booking flights, travel credits and insurance. She is an amazing woman and I’m so glad I found her. From here on out until she retires, she will book all my major travel experiences outside of a single night hotel stay. I cannot commend her enough and all she did for us. She turned our nightmare into the honeymoon of our dreams. She is the most attentive and responsive person, and tries to pull all the stings she can to get above and beyond what a client may pay for. PS: Buy travel insurance, you’ll thank me later.

Fora Travel Team and Leadership, if you’re reading this, Michelle deserves a raise, award, commendation, free vacation or whatever perk you can give her. She deserves travel advisor of the year based on what she was able to make happen for us. Coming from someone with 10+ years in the customer service industry, she is one of the top 3 people I have ever done business with. And she doesn’t make it feel like business either, I honest consider her family.

Michelle was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me plan the perfect trip (even suggesting ideas I hadn’t thought of). She was incredibly responsive every step of the way and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

From check-in to check-out, she made sure everything was seamless. She secured a room upgrade with welcome treats, coordinated transfers, organized my itinerary, and gave great recommendations to help me make the most of my stay. Anytime I had a question day or night, she was quick to respond.

She truly handled every detail so all I had to do was show up and enjoy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would work with her again in a heartbeat!
