Michelle knew we wanted to stay in Bloomsbury area or near the BHM. And this was our last hotel after traveling for three weeks. We wanted simple, relaxing and a place to decompress from our adventure before returning to the US. This fit the bill. Pricing was right and we could watch Londoners walk about. So grateful she understood what we needed.

Michelle helped us navigate our dates for Bonn. We initially planned to begin our trip in Bonn, but there were events making rooms unavailable. She helped us rethink our travel so that we could keep Bonn on the itinerary. And the room we had was perfect, just like the website. I’m grateful that she managed that for us. Very happy.
