Michelle is an excellent advisor and we very much appreciated and took advantage of her advice for activities and locales to visit. I wish we could travel constantly, so Michelle could help us plan more adventures! She spent SO much time trying to curate our perfect trip, and she nailed it! We were the clients that didn’t have a ton of feedback until she brought us options, so the fact that she was able to narrow things down with no guidance was amazing. Every place we stayed was in a great location, with a different feel from the last. It gave our trip depth and provided an unmatched experience that we never could have designed ourselves. She was prompt, sent reminders when we missed things, offered feedback when our ideas weren’t the best, and organized everything perfectly for us before our trip. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the hotels and gave me many recommendations on where to stay. Based on her recommendations, we picked a location right on the beach and within walking distance to a night market. She was very attentive when we arrived and made sure the rooms were to our satisfaction. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive while we were in Thailand. I would definitely book with Michelle again on every vacation we plan in the future!
