Michelle was very knowledgeable about the hotels and gave me many recommendations on where to stay. Based on her recommendations, we picked a location right on the beach and within walking distance to a night market. She was very attentive when we arrived and made sure the rooms were to our satisfaction. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive while we were in Thailand. I would definitely book with Michelle again on every vacation we plan in the future!
