Michele was great! I told her where I wanted to stay, my budget and type of room I wanted. She was quick and had great communication- she was apologetic when I told her about the issues with the hotel, even though I know it wasn't her fault. She said she would be adding my concerns to her files and taking that into consideration when booking in Columbus in the future. Overall, I appreciate the time and effort she took to try and find me the perfect hotel in the budget and preferred location.
