Michael Wick

Michael put together a Florence trip for us that went perfectly from start to finish. He took care of every booking including hotel, museum tickets, restaurant reservations and found rates that were noticeably better than what I could see online. He also arranged a generous food and drink credit at the hotel through booking with him and had small desserts and snacks left in our room each day. Nice extras at the end of each day that we really appreciated. We also received a handwritten welcome card when we arrived which was a thoughtful touch. Also, a week before departure he sent a clear itinerary of the trip plus a detailed slide deck with recommendations for popular places to go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (a couple of the best meals we had in Italy). Also great rooftop bars with views of the river and the Duomo and nightlife recs. He also provided shopping recs focused on things he know we’d be interested in and stores that Florence is known for including leather belts, wallets and Italian clothing. He also included a few unique activities you can only do in Florence that we wouldn’t have known before. Having everything laid out made the days relaxed and let us see and eat at places we loved without wasting time figuring things out. Everything ran smoothly, and we came home feeling we’d gotten the most out of the trip. Michael clearly knows Florence well and plans with a lot of care. We’ll definitely use him again for the next one. Thanks again

Michael was amazing! Michael helped plan out each step of the way in both Sao Paolo and Rio, including restaurant and bar recommendations, attractions and tours, and most importantly, the accommodations. Each hotel provided us with a personalized note, which I have a feeling is not the norm :) The PDF that Michael put together with recommendations was super helpful in getting oriented and finding cool spots to check out. I would highly recommend using Michael if you have the opportunity!
