Michael absolutely nailed it. I told him what I needed to accomplish with this business trip and attempt to mix as bit of fun in with the mission. While i had already booked air travel, he will be handling that going forward as well. All details were handled and clearly communicated to me in a timely manner along with handing my budgetary requirements.
His work was flawless.
