Michael was fantastic to book through. Thanks to him, I received great perks. I got early check-in, a late checkout until 6pm, complimentary breakfast, and a $100 dining credit, which I used at their steakhouse, The Hide. It really elevated the whole experience. He was also very responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy. I’d definitely book through him again.
