Michael Morgan

When presented with problems at Check-In, I was able to speak with Michael Morgan immediately (even though he was in a different country and time zone) and he was able to resolve the problem and get me into my room on arrival. He checked on me throughout the trip, and even though it wasn't my favorite trip, I will certainly use his for every future trip.

Working with Michael Morgan is the only reason we have been able to explore so many regions of the world that we had never known about or considered before. My husband can be a tough client and always needs a balcony with a water view - and Michael never disappoints. The planning of this family trip to Tokyo (there were 8 of us) was seamless, with car services, tours and excursions that the whole family could enjoy, and detailed itineraries so we always know what to expect. Michael picked this hotel for us, and even had a welcome gift waiting in our room when we arrived. I feel so lucky to have him plan all our adventures.

My soon-to-be wife decided that she would plan our wedding, but I needed to plan the honeymoon. She gave me Michael Morgan's contact info and wanted the rest to be a surprise. Getting connected with Mike was the best decision. I advised him that for our honeymoon, we had seven days, wanted a warm, beachy place, in a place we had never been, and had a pretty limited budget. He in turn provided us with four options that met every need. I picked a cruise through the Caribbean with stops in Turks & Caicos. He also planned our flights, and both pre-/post-hotel stays in Florida. I had NEVER planned a trip before, and I still haven't, because Mike and his team planned everything for me. My now-wife was thrilled beyond belief when I told her where we were going and said that marrying me was the best decision of her life. Thank you Mike!
