Michael knows Europe better than anyone we've met. He was very interested in understanding the things we like to do, then made several recommendations for us to choose from. We liked the fact that we could go back and forth with questions to get the travel itinerary we wanted. In the end, all of his suggestions were spot on. Payment for hotel and day trips, tickets, all seamless with no issues. Knows European cities very well, what to do, what to avoid, etc. Highly recommend.

Michael Kelley recently planned my trip to Europe, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire experience was. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive at first about having someone else plan my vacation. I’ve always been the type of traveler who prefers to organize everything myself, and I was convinced no one could put together a better itinerary than I could. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

From the very beginning, Michael took the time to really listen to me. He asked thoughtful questions about the kinds of activities I enjoy, the types of food I wanted to try, and the style of hotels I prefer. What impressed me most was how carefully he tailored every detail to match my personality and travel style. Every restaurant, activity, and hotel he recommended was absolutely spot on.

Another thing I truly appreciated was how well he balanced the itinerary. I’m not the kind of person who enjoys being on a strict schedule while traveling, and Michael completely understood that. He paced everything perfectly, leaving me plenty of time to relax, explore spontaneously, and still experience the highlights of each city. The result was a trip that felt both exciting and effortless.

What stood out the most, though, was the way his recommendations elevated the entire holiday. These weren’t just generic tourist stops; they were unique, memorable experiences that made the trip feel personal and unforgettable. I can honestly say this was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had, and it’s entirely thanks to his expertise and thoughtful planning. I will absolutely be using Michael again. My next trip will be a winter vacation, and I already know he’ll make it just as incredible. Thank you, Michael Kelley, for giving me a holiday I’ll always remember.

Michael created the most amazing, customized trip for me and my dad to Japan. Not only was he incredibly flexible and responsive during the trip planning process, but he also included incredible detail and direction in the final version of our itinerary document. He booked the perfect hotels and tours and gave great suggestions based on our conversations pre-trip. We had the trip of a lifetime and wouldn’t change one detail about it.
