Mike was an exceptional and thorough travel advisor from the early planning stages through post trip. We came to him with few ideas and lots of special requests and he designed the perfect honeymoon for us. Every step of the process involved options and prices so we could make the best decision for us. We met with Mike several times before and again after our trip to make sure we were on the same page. During the trip, Mike was available at any time to help navigate anything that came up (weather related travel changes, communications from vendors, etc). He kept a list of things we needed to follow up on (refunds for changed travels, etc) and we reviewed these together after the trip. We even received a hand written thank you card when we got home. We would recommend Mike’s support for any big travel experiences.
