Merritt was exceptional! She was organized and responsive. She booked us a great room and even got us a discount. I would recommend Merritt to anyone who wants an amazing vacation!

Merritt was fantastic in every way. I mentioned my interest and she had three options for me within an hour, each with special perks and additions I'd never have been able to find on my own. When we got to the room, Merritt had arranged a chilled champagne bucket and handwritten note for us, in addition to the spa and breakfast access that she got included in our stay. I couldn't believe it. I've never experienced a luxury vacation like that, and it is thanks to her hard work. I've already recommended her to three friends, and I'd recommend everyone book with her if they get a chance!
