Meredith found us the perfect property, perfect room, and crafted the perfect itinerary for our trip to Colorado Springs. She took her time getting to know us, what we were looking for, connecting with her contacts and doing all the leg work. Well worth her minimal planning fee.

Hotel Polaris was modern, sleek and attentive to detail in service and design. The hotel is located at the gate of the Air Force Academy, had a great flight simulator, even the toilet paper was folded in the shape of a paper airplane and my wife loved the aviator teddy bear on the bed. We hiked, summited, horsebacked, and ate our way through an incredible weekend.

Meredith was able to get up top of the line VIP perks, service and value, the property truly treated us like royalty. Would 100% go back to this location and will 200% use Meredith for every single trip we take in the future.

Meredith is the best! She was super communicative, found us the perfect fit for our honeymoon, and we got incredible perks. We were even able to check in at 10am on the day of our arrival instead of having to wait until 4pm because of her! Game changer. Thank you!
