I cannot say enough wonderful things about the job she did booking this trip for us. I simply told her what we were looking for and the area we wanted to stay in, and she took care of everything. She truly nailed it!
This trip was a college graduation gift for my daughter, so it was very special to us. She chose the perfect hotel and handled every detail beautifully. Everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations.
At one point, I misplaced our reservation number, and even though she was on vacation herself, she responded right away and got it to me ASAP. That level of professionalism and care meant so much to us.
I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise, attention to detail, and the way she made the entire process stress-free. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless, thoughtfully planned experience.

We recently took a long weekend trip to New Orleans, and our travel advisor, Melissa, made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. About a week before we left, we received a detailed itinerary with restaurant suggestions, activity options, and tips that helped us make the most of our time in the city.
She booked us at the Hyatt Centric in the French Quarter, which turned out to be the perfect choice. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and helpful—and the hotel’s bar quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind each evening.
Everything ran smoothly, and the balance of planned activities and free time made it a relaxing, fun getaway. Highly recommend both the hotel and Melissa’s services for anyone looking for a fun trip.
