Melissa Webb

This review is more about Melissa and what she facilitated for my family. My 85 year old parents decided they wanted to do a road adventure, traveling from Alabama to Portland Oregon to see family and then to Los Angeles to see me. All by driving. They haven’t done a trip like this in years. My dad, a recent survivor of bladder cancer, and my mom with dementia, I wanted to ensure that they were safe across the country. What Melissa did for them, I cannot thank enough. They were able to call her directly when they were ready to stop for the night, and she was able to find them safe, comfortable accommodations for every night. Without her support for my parents, my sister and I were would have been incredibly nervous for them and would have been worried their whole travels. Melissa made it possible for the family to be at ease knowing that our parents were safely traveling across our vast country! So, Melissa did more than just arrange travel. She made lifelong memories possible that I will be thanking her forever for. Above and beyond aren’t the right words here. Words cannot express my gratitude towards her.

Melissa is incredible and the BEST communicator. She somehow replies all day/night and works so quickly. She has booked three trips for us and has researched other getaways. She listens to what we want and never pushes us to go over budget.

She's awesome! Stress-free booking and check-in. She took care of the credit card authorization ahead of time so checking into the hotel for work on my boss's credit card was not a problem.

Melissa was timely and communicative throughout the process. She provided great recommendations and guided me to ensure I have the best time in San Diego. She also was very knowledgeable about all the things we wanted to do and catered to our family needs. She is AMAZING!
