Melissa spent hours with me going over options, not just in Mexico but all over the Caribbean. She made excellent recommendations. She also handled talking with the resort about the issue with our airport transfer. That was for sure a bait and switch from the resort. So while we were disappointed in the report, Melissa did everything she could to make it right. Highly recommend!!!
