Melissa was able to book us five cabins last minute on a cruise over Christmas after a death in our family. It was exactly what we needed. We had asked her about a certain cruise and after speaking with us, Melissa actually suggested a different cruise that was more in line with our families needs and was less expensive. She understands how to keep all different age groups happy which means a lot for our family. We will always use Melissa going forward.

Melissa was very professional. She was on top of everything. Melissa answered all our questions when we had them. If we asked a question she didn't know, she would investigate it with Viking and get back to us with the information. When we didn't receive our bag tags for our upcoming trip, Melissa was on the phone to Viking and they resent our bag tags. We just called her to book our next trip.

Everything Melissa planned & did for us went splendidly well. The drivers she booked were top notch, on time and professional. The hotel, their staff & accommodations were superb!!! We are truly blessed and very grateful for her thorough & efficient help with planning and will be recommending her to our friends with a #10 in quality attention! This included but was not limited to timely communication, travel knowledge & personable service!!! She topped it all off with going the extra mile & made sure to have the hotel include a special note from her and surprise anniversary remembrance in our room. We can’t wait & look forward to planning our next getaway with Melissa!!
