Melissa made the trip planning effortless. She checked in with me about details and we enjoyed a few perks from having her book for us. Usually I am the trip planner for my group and like to manage all the specifics myself, but Melissa took it off my plate with 0 extra cost (I know because I price compared). Melissa and her associate were able to give us additional discounts and an additional day free because she scheduled us within a time frame of our anniversary. Other vacationers at the resort could not believe that because their travel agent did not inform them. She just stays on top of everything making our travel stress free. Thank you again.
