Melissa is terrific. She is patient, responsive, informed and friendly. We have mobility issues. She got us a mid ship stateroom on the 6deck on the floor with the spa -perfect. She made flawless wheelchair arrangements. Constantly answered pre cruise questions quickly and thoroughly. Melissa is terrific. She is patient, responsive, informed and friendly. We had some issues with our first two rooms and Melissa did everything she could to help us get in touch with the right people. In the end, it ended up getting resolved and we were upgraded to a very nice room the last two days we were there plus we got some credits for future travel. So they made it right. Melissa was traveling herself but she still made every effort to day and night until our issues were resolved.

Everything was great, such a nice selection of suggeted things to see and do in our short time in Milan! Shopping was fantastic! The tip to get Duomo tickets early is super wise, we bought two days early and should have done it even earlier but was still able to get in but our schedule was flexible. Might give folks a heads up that the stairs up to the Duomo are daunting! We are no spring chickens but we are in decent shape and not over weight, and we struggled a bit. So give warming to everyone who makes that climb especially if it is really hot in the summer. The views up there and seeing the architecture is so worth it, but those that might just want to see the inside can easily just do that! A drip to the canal is also very much worth it. That place you suggest for fun drinks was just great!
