Melissa was wonderful to work with — warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us plan a special trip. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how much she cared about making sure everything was right for our family. The only challenge was that, because of the structure at this particular hotel, all requests had to pass through multiple people, which made communication a bit slower at times. Once I began coordinating directly with the on-site butler team, things moved more quickly simply because of the immediacy. That said, Melissa handled everything with kindness and professionalism, and we’re grateful for her support in helping us create such an incredible experience.

Melissa is terrific. She is patient, responsive, informed and friendly. We have mobility issues. She got us a mid ship stateroom on the 6deck on the floor with the spa -perfect. She made flawless wheelchair arrangements. Constantly answered pre cruise questions quickly and thoroughly. Melissa is terrific. She is patient, responsive, informed and friendly.
