I could not have booked this trip without Melissa. We had to cancel our first trip and Melissa handled everything with perfection and arranged for us to go this year. It was spectacular. I love to plan my own vacations but needed some help with this trip. Melissa was the perfect person to work with. She handled all our needs and also gave us the space to make our own plans too. Working with Melissa was the best choice I made about booking our trip!

Well, Melissa was fabulous! She listened to all of our requests for a place that we wanted to go. We definitely wanted a swim up bar and we had that for sure. She spent a lot of time looking into places for us to stay with all of our requirements, especially the food allergies Melissa went above and beyond her job to help me fill out forms and she was always available for me even when she was quite busy herself. She did an excellent job and would certainly ask for help again!!

Melissa exceeded our expectations. We don’t usually use travel agents, and weren’t sure what to expect. She listened so carefully to our goals for the trip (we are a family of four) and she did a great deal of research with her local contacts in Italy to ensure that we’d get the best experience as possible from every tour, hotel, and restaurant. But she went well beyond that. She thought of so many details that went above and beyond – such as a packing list, likely transportation times between activities with nuggets of suggestions for places to eat and the best places to get taxis, etc. There was a train strike while we were there that impacted our plans. We did not know much about it, but she called and had already taken the initiative to book us on alternative trains, and to ensure that our Itinerary was adjusted accordingly. We truly cannot say enough about Melissa. We intend to use her for our next trip and highly recommend her to anybody. We were able to pack more in than we could possibly have imagined due to her careful planning. Anyone would be lucky to work with Melissa.

Melissa found a great hotel for three women on a long weekend trip to Dublin, balancing all of our needs/requests with our budget and desired location. She also provided a very helpful itinerary with some great suggestions, including the Literary Pub Crawl which was so much fun! I would very much work with Melissa again!
