Megan couldn't have been more wonderful and helpful! She truly made our honeymoon such a great experience, with helping booking and making sure everything was set. As well as the perks she was able to get for us. She made it such a custom experience - the hotel had our photos in picture frames when we arrived. It was a really special touch. I will be booking all future trips with Megan!

Megan was extremely helpful and responsive. She did not try to upsell unnecessarily and provided us with all the relevant information we needed very clearly. We appreciated how thoughtful she was by, for example, sending us a document with all the practical information we needed a few weeks prior to travel, a note waiting for us at the hotel wishing us a happy vacation, and an email to check in with us as soon as we arrived.

Megan was awesome! She took into consideration every aspect of our trip and planned everything out perfectly. Megan was so helpful with the check-in process as well as booking our transportation for our stay; she was even able to pivot and move things around for us when one of our flights got cancelled.
