Our travel advisor Megan Coulson was amazing! Our first experience with her and will definitely call her for planning our vacations going forward! From the first call, communication was very timely and clear. She provided several quotes to us after we changed the parameters and was more than happy to do so, mentioning how she loves doing this and how fun it is. Megan provided many useful recommendations, and it showed in every conversation, email and text we had. She was very cognizant of keeping what we were looking for in mind and accommodating us using our Bonvoy points for part of the trip. Explained everything we needed to do and once our points were booked, she immediately booked our room for the remainder of the trip, even requested an upgrade at check-in, if at all possible. We actually did upgrade to The Residences - what a treat and highly recommend if you can!!! Our first night, when we returned from dinner, we received a beautiful white chocolate shell loaded with berries and chocolate courtesy of Megan. It was So thoughtful and we truly appreciated her thinking of us. An unforgettable vacation planned by our travel advisor-Something we won’t forget!!

Megan took care of all the details with the planning of this trip! Once we arrived we were offered to be upgraded from a room to a residence which was amazing!
