Maya made sure every single detail was covered. She communicated directly with the hotel upon my arrival, to sort out my guest perks, which they promptly coordinated with me. I received a sweet welcome letter and fresh baked treat at check in, thanks to Maya and I had SO many credits and perks to use! She really saved me hours of coordination and would’ve never got all of these benefits. She’s the best!
