My first time using an agent, I will never go back to self-booking!
Business travel.
I had a hiccup with getting access to my first stay location that Matt had cleared up within a few minutes of my arrival.
The client extended my stay at the last minute. Without stress on me Matt got everything updated and arranged at that last minute to extend with minimal budget impact. Of course, going from one week to two weeks doubled the cost, but it only doubled and didn’t explode cost due to the urgency.
The second property had a communication issue from the website side of booking, that Matt resolved by getting me in direct contact with the property owner and saved the day for me a third time.
