Mary O'Brien

This was our first experience with Mary O'Brien and I'm sure it will not be the last! From the first contact, Mary was very helpful and attentive. She was easy to reach and replied every time we needed her, even during our trip when we were six hours ahead. Itinerary was available to us on the Fora website which was very easy to use.

She booked an extended stay outside of London for us. When we first talked we really weren't sure what we wanted. She helped us sort through the options with regard to time, wants, needs and, of course, budget. She found us beautiful hotels in Bath and Oxford as well as an excellent guide for a 9-hour private tour of the Cotswolds. Between when we booked the hotels and traveled, she watched and was able to reduce the cost of the hotels three times!

Mary has been excellent in booking our vacations. She is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to assure the details are accurate. We will be requesting her services for our future trips.

Mary helped plan our trip to Barcelona, Madrid, and Mallorca, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Every hotel she chose was amazing and perfectly located. In Barcelona, we stayed right in the Gothic Quarter, walkable to everything and truly felt like we were in the heart of it all. Madrid was just as incredible, with a beautiful hotel in a central location that made it easy to explore the city and take in the stunning architecture.

Mallorca was our absolute favorite, with breathtaking cliffside views of the Mediterranean, it was unforgettable. We especially loved the extra perks Mary arranged, like daily breakfast and room upgrades, which made the trip feel even more special. Everything was seamlessly organized in the Fora app, so I had all our details, flights, car, excursions, right on my phone. It made traveling completely stress-free.

Mary also goes above and beyond with recommendations while you’re away and does an excellent job describing each hotel so you know exactly what kind of experience to expect, whether you want to be in the middle of everything or somewhere more relaxed. I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone looking to make their vacation more enjoyable and effortless. I can’t wait to work with her again!
