Working with Mary was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. She asked all the right questions and somehow anticipated many of our concerns before we even had to ask. She took the time to really understand our wants, priorities, and travel wish list, then created the perfect itinerary that matched exactly what we were looking for while staying within our budget.

What stood out the most was her responsiveness and dedication. She handled all communication and scheduling with every vendor throughout our trip to Japan and Korea, which made everything incredibly easy for us. She arranged all of our reservations for excursions as well as our hair and skin treatment appointments in Korea, so all we had to do was show up and enjoy the experience. Even with a 16+ hour time difference, Mary was always available before and throughout our trip. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying ourselves stress-free.

She went above and beyond in so many ways. One of the highlights was when she helped secure a last-minute Louis Vuitton appointment so we could get our passport holder hot stamped. She also stepped in when one of our vendors tried to cancel on us last minute and made sure they honored their commitment.

Mary made the entire planning process seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. We will absolutely be using Mary for all of our future travel plans and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional travel agent.

Mary is simply the best. She spends time learning about your ideal vacation and takes into account each request. She is thorough in her communication skills and most importantly readily available for any questions or concerns before, during and after your travels. I highly recommend Mary!

We had the BEST time in Washington DC over spring break!! Mary helped us find an amazing hotel in Downtown DC with all the perks and provided recommendations for great restaurants!! Great family memories were made, can't wait for our next vacation!!
