Mary was great and wonderful to work with and followed my instructions. She came up with a great, outside of the box offering with very fun decor.

Mary gets 5 stars for understanding what I wanted and needed out of this trip! We were having trouble communicating with the hotel I wanted to stay at, and Mary found a more responsive-kid friendly hotel for us in a better location that could cater to our needs. Mary dealt with all of the communication with the hotel, restaurants, and offered to book rides for me. She also made sure to look for kid-friendly activities - like hunting for fairy doors and found a wonderful toy store for us to explore. This was my first time booking with an agent in a long time, and after witnessing the personal touch that Mary offers, I know I'll be doing it again. In fact, I'm already talking to her about a trip to LA in May and to Canada in April!

Mary made our reservation and everything was perfect. She was able to guide us to a great dinner in downtown Winchester and our booking and reservations were handled flawlessly. Thank you Mary.

This was my first time using a travel advisor and Mary’s service was excellent. I had no idea that travel plans could be so easy with someone like Mary making sure everything went smoothly. I also definitely got a car rental upgrade by booking through Mary. The best part was that I still received all of my points from every service and it didn’t cost any more than if I had booked myself!
