Mary Beth was great. Everything was easy to book with her. She gave options and was able to adjust trips and times as we needed throughout the stay. She took feedback about the days activities so she could make adjustments to ensure our stay was perfect. She had created a clear itinerary ahead of time with a map of meeting points for tours scheduled as well as a points of interest. We are already booking in the process of booking our next trip with her.

My experience with Mary Beth Heitt as my travel advisor was an excellent one. You could tell she took her time and did research to find the best tours and guides for what our group was interested in. The Blue Lagoon was the perfect way to pass the time before we could check in to our hotel since we landed so early. So refreshing. The super jeep tour was a blast our tour guide was top notch. All the tours and transfers went smoothly and the itinerary was curated in a way that worked for the whole group. I felt she truly listened to our wants and needs for this trip. I will book my next trip with Mary Beth Heitt.

Mary Beth is the absolute best. Highly recommend her services to others planning an Italy trip. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and gave us a range of options for each location/ experience. We also had the bad luck of having to postpone our trip at the last minute due to a medical issue, and Mary Beth could not have been more helpful with cancellations and rebooking. The trip went very smoothly and she was available to assist us a couple times we had questions while we were there.

Super easy to book with Ms Hiett. I told her of the reason for our stay and the date. She found the room in the same section as the theatre so we did not have to travel the entire casino to get back and forth between the room, dinner, and the show. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She also checked up with me after our check-in time to ensure that everything was ok and that we were checked in with no issues. I really appreciate the extra thought.
