Mary Beth was a fantastic travel agent, and we highly recommend her services. She made planning a breeze. We decided to communicate only by email, and all of her messages were clear. She took into account my preferences for the trip and advised us about attraction options and travel routes for the road trip. When one accommodation wasn't to our full liking, she provided two more options within a couple of days and put holds on them with free cancellation to ensure we did not lose the best options. Before we left for the trip, Mary Beth added restaurant recommendations and kindly booked a couple of last-minute tickets to attractions. The travel itinerary she provided was perfection! Great options for restaurants and attractions were provided, and the short descriptions included made it easy for us to quickly choose the best options for the day.

Having Mary Beth take the massive task of searching through all the information that is currently available online and creating an organized itinerary streamlined the whole planning process and saved us many hours of effort!

Mary Beth was great. Everything was easy to book with her. She gave options and was able to adjust trips and times as we needed throughout the stay. She took feedback about the days activities so she could make adjustments to ensure our stay was perfect. She had created a clear itinerary ahead of time with a map of meeting points for tours scheduled as well as a points of interest. My experience with Mary Beth Heitt as my travel advisor was an excellent one. You could tell she took her time and did research to find the best tours and guides for what our group was interested in. The Blue Lagoon was the perfect way to pass the time before we could check in to our hotel since we landed so early. So refreshing. The super jeep tour was a blast our tour guide was top notch. All the tours and transfers went smoothly and the itinerary was curated in a way that worked for the whole group. I felt she truly listened to our wants and needs for this trip. I will book my next trip with Mary Beth Heitt.

Mary Beth is the absolute best. Highly recommend her services to others planning an Italy trip. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and gave us a range of options for each location/ experience. We also had the bad luck of having to postpone our trip at the last minute due to a medical issue, and Mary Beth could not have been more helpful with cancellations and rebooking. The trip went very smoothly and she was available to assist us a couple times we had questions while we were there.
