Working with our travel agent, Mary Allison York was one of the best decisions we made while planning our honeymoon. She took what felt like an overwhelming process and turned it into something enjoyable, easy, and completely stress-free — all while helping us stay within a very small budget.

From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive in helping us find exactly what we wanted at the price point we needed. We had a long list of very specific guidelines, and she met every single one of them with patience, creativity, and genuine care. She made us feel like our dream honeymoon was not only possible, but absolutely achievable.

One of the biggest moments that showcased her dedication was when we needed to make a last‑minute destination change for personal reasons just one month before our trip. She didn’t hesitate — she jumped right in, found us an amazing new resort, and got everything rebooked seamlessly. We didn’t face a single issue. It was truly impressive.

She stayed communicative throughout every step of the process. She sent us excursion options, managed all of our transportation details to and from the airport, and made sure we always had what we needed. Even after we arrived at the resort, she continued to go above and beyond. She surprised us with letters in our room — and even arranged for a delicious cake to be delivered. It made us feel so celebrated and cared for.

From the moment we booked to the moment we checked in, everything was handled. It honestly felt like the only decisions we had to make were what restaurant we wanted for dinner and which spa service we wanted to try. Every other detail was already taken care of.

We are so grateful for her support, professionalism, and kindness. Because of her, our honeymoon was everything we dreamed it would be and more. We will absolutely be using her for all our future family vacations, weekend getaways, and couples trips. She is truly exceptional at what she does.

Mary Allison made sure every aspect of our trip was well planned and made suggestions that we would not have thought of on our own. She made planning our vacation so easy and took all the hard parts out of planning a trip. Highly recommend if you want a turn key vacation that is customized to your liking.

Mary Allison’s attention to detail is impressive and she really took into account my unique desires for this trip. She helped me hit all the highlights while making sure I had plenty of time to relax and explore, too. I will definitely be working with her again on my future trip planning!

I rate this trip 10/10. The pace was perfect—not too rushed, just right. The inclusion of a couple of agenda-free days was a clever touch, providing some much-needed free time. I will definitely use Mary Allison again!
