NP and Midwest native. Three countries lived in and 31 explored. Wisconsin-based with my husband and golden retriever, often plotting the next food and wine trip or tropical/scuba escape.

Dynamic, budget-conscious traveler and thoughtful planner with a penchant for immersive land and sea adventures alongside a deep appreciation for excellent food and wine. My journeys encompass a blend of urban and off the beaten path exploration while emphasizing cultural immersion, local discovery, relaxation and a touch of luxury without breaking the bank. My most memorable travel moments are shared with friends or loved ones and often unfold through spontaneity and letting the happy accident happen.

Marissa was great! She provided a lot of very useful information and options for us in a timely fashion. She answered all of our questions and was very accessible to us throughout the process. She gave us numerous links for us to research and plan out our trip. She also gave us several recommendations and suggestions which was very helpful. The complimentary daily breakfast buffet included with our stay was awesome! All of this led to an experience that was off the charts! We loved it! We won't hesitate to work with Marissa again - we're already talking about another trip to Hawaii...Thank You Marissa!!

Marissa was so knowledgeable about what the different hotel options offered and their surrounding neighborhoods. She kept me updated all the time about updates with regards to our booking. There were some personalized touches that I know she put in that just were above and beyond, and uncalled for. For example, she went out of her to have a personalized letter waiting in our room with some complimentary local snacks to wish me a happy birthday weekend.
