My girls trip never would have happened with Marion! She found us the perfect location, hotel, transportation, and excursions. She followed up before, during, and after our trip to make sure everything was perfect. And it was!

We recently traveled to Italy as a group of 9, and thanks to Marion Donat, the entire experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish! Coordinating accommodations, transportation, and activities for such a large group is no small task, but she handled it all with professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an unforgettable travel experience.

Every hotel, tour, restaurant, and transfer was perfectly arranged, and the locations were spot-on—central, comfortable, and full of local charm. Marion listened carefully to our preferences and crafted a custom itinerary that balanced sightseeing, relaxation, and cultural experiences beautifully.

What impressed us most was how responsive and proactive she was, even when we had last-minute changes or questions. It felt like we had a local expert by our side the whole time!

Marion Donat planned the perfect trip to Italy for me and my teenage children. We spent about 10 minutes on the phone, and that was all she needed to curate a magical experience. Marion helped curate several fantastic hotels for us to choose from in Seattle! Each of them would have met our needs, but we settled on Grand Hyatt due to the perks Marion was able to offer. We received a $100 resort credit, daily in-room breakfast (for two!) and an upgraded room which had a beautiful view. She also helped provide several tours through Viator that we could select from, along with restaurant recommendations that were tailored to our needs! I highly recommend working with Marion for anyone who has a trip coming up. She is a fantastic communicator, and I felt like we were in great hands from start to finish! Thank you!!

Marion is such a gem! She is very thorough and thoughtful in her research for the trips books. She responded quickly to any requests or changes we wanted to make while we were planning/booking our trip with her. The transportation company she booked for us was excellent- we took 3 private vans across Costa Rica over our 8 day trip and each driver was professional, the vans were clean, good A/C and had WIFI!! The drivers had my number and would whatsapp me the day before each trip to connect- such a nice touch!

Marion got alerted that our flight was delayed going to Costa Rica and made sure we got to our driver and that we got to our hotel that night. She was messaging us during our journey to make sure we were OK and didn't need anything from her. :)

We were so pleased with Marion's organization of our trip and the emails and communication as well. We will definitely be using her again!
