Not only did she find us the perfect place to stay during our trip that included all of our preferences and took special consideration for the activities we had planned, but she went above and beyond with answering questions I had related to our stay. For example, the reservation was made under my name, but my sister would be checking in before my husband and I. Marilyn called the hotel for me to ensure a straightforward and easy check-in for my sister. Then when I had a question about the billing for the hotel, Marilyn took the initiative to call the hotel again to get the answer for me.
