Tessa was the absolute best. I know she has great taste so I trusted her completely. I told her I wanted something nice for me and my daughter and mother. We were traveling during the holidays and for my 50th birthday so I wanted to splurge. She understood the assignment completely. She was so easy to work with - I explained what I was looking for and she sent me several options, all of which were perfect. I was so excited for my trip because I know she planned everything wonderfully. Love Tessa so much! Will definitely be calling her for our next travel adventure.

Maria Theresa did a superb job of selecting our hotel for us. Most importantly, she listened to my needs for this specific trip and found the perfect match for the hotel for me to stay in on this multigenerational trip. I could not have been happier!

Maria Theresa exceeded all of my expectations with respect to my trip to the Scottish Highlands. She nailed the accommodations at the Fife Arms - a truly unique property where I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The private tours and activities she planned for me were also out of this world, including a private four by four tour in a Land Rover Defender with a "Ghillie" on a private estate during which I did not see another person and had views that seemed to go on forever. She also arranged all of my dinner reservations (each of which was top-notch) and secured a two-category upgrade on our room prior to arrival. It was clear that Maria Theresa coordinated directly with the Fife Arms - they knew who I was when I arrived, had everything on my stay list arranged in our room and provided us excellent, personalized service throughout the entire stay. I was only in the Scottish Highlands for 3 days and, even though I go at a slower pace than most people, I really felt that I experienced the area and everything it has to offer because of Maria Theresa's thoughtful and meticulous planning.

Maria Theresa's booking of the Hari for us on this trip was the perfect match. I felt like she really listened to what we were looking for. It was a last minute reservation for a few days in London after we booked a last minute cruise (also through Maria Theresa). We were looking for a relaxed, residential neighborhood, and Maria Theresa suggested Belgravia, which was the perfect match. We typically stay at the Peninsula on Hyde Park in neighboring Knightsbridge, but were looking for something lower key this time. Maria Theresa suggested the Hari (which we had never heard of) and, again, it was the perfect match at an excellent value. We could not have been happier with the booking and service we received. Thank you!

Maria Theresa is a perfectionist and it shows in how every aspect of our voyage was meticulously planned and seamless, from the detailed pre-trip itinerary she provided us, to the multi-city airfare she booked, to the pre-cruise hotel and private tours in Barcelona she booked, all of our ground transportation in the US and abroad, all of our private tours and excursions, and our post-cruise hotel and private tours in London. She also took the time to understand and our interests and the pace at which we like to travel and respected that in all of our plans, which we greatly appreciated. Maria Theresa took care of everything, and we were able to just sit back and enjoy the entire voyage! She is extremely responsive and monitored everything during our trip, which we also appreciated. We are heavy travelers and have moved all our travel from our prior travel advisor to Maria Theresa.
