Exceptional Service, knowledge and I cannot recommend her enough. I have never experienced such exceptional service from a travel advisor. Maren is not only highly professional but also incredibly clear in her communication. From our very first interaction, she set practical expectations about destinations, properties, and what we could realistically expect – no overselling, just honest guidance. Which was truly wonderful and i've never seen that before.
Maren took the time to understand our requirements and priorities, guiding us thoughtfully through the decision-making process. Once we decided on our property, she helped us save $650 that we would have otherwise paid. That moment alone won us over completely – we knew immediately that all our future bookings would only be done through her. What sets Maren apart is that she’s exceptionally well-traveled herself, which makes her recommendations incredibly practical and insightful. She truly understands our needs and preferences. I had mentioned to Maren that this vacation was particularly important as we were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday.
