She was proactive in reaching out and scheduling a phone call to understand what we were looking for in terms of pricing, room requirements and overall vibes for our vacation. She explained the process well and provided us with a number of great options for us to choose from. She was also flexible when we had to change some of our dates and add guests to our booking. She helped explore options for experiences like watching a Premier League match and also secured a room upgrade for us!
