Marcia DeAngelis

Marcia DeAngelis was incredibly instrumental in organizing our two-week trip to Italy. She expertly guided us with our itinerary since we wanted to see multiple cities. Marcia suggested the best order for our visits to various cities: Rome, Amalfi Coast, Florence, then Venice. Her assistance with transportation between the cities was invaluable, especially her advice with using private drivers in Amalfi Coast to and from Naples. Marcia also arranged tours for us with skip-the-line access, which was the only way to do it. She helped us with our accommodations and we loved all the places we stayed. Each place was a little different and we had a lot of room for the three of us. We really loved Venice and our private water taxi to and from the airport, that was a great recommendation from Marcia and the only way to go. Marcia was incredibly helpful and consistently responsive throughout our three-month planning process. She was amazing!

She's the best and I won't ever book a trip without her. We would have never gone to Ischia, which we can't wait to go back to, if it wasn't for her.

Marcia made a great hotel selection for the family. Really liked the location and very happy with the service and accommodations. A nice touch to have a personal note from Marcia wishing us a great time.

We loved the Travel Portal app, once we became familiar with navigating it. Itinerary notes were very good - really appreciated the tour meeting point details (including allowing for travel time from hotel). Some minor feedback - given navigating the Venice streets can be very confusing, it may be helpful to include a basic map outlining location of the hotel and major meeting tour points, especially if it is the 1st day of the itinerary for novice European travelers. The Murano and Burano tour was awesome - loved our tour guide and would have considered staying a little longer at Burano, but the timing of the local boat transportation did not work out. Per Marcia's recommendation, 2 days was just the right amount of time to spend at Venice.

Marcia provided great itinerary notes for New York. Appreciated her booking the hotel and airport transfers.

Marsha is amazing. She is extremely attentive and very eager to understand what you are looking for in your vacation. Marsha just makes everything easy!! I have used her several times and all trips have been flawless.
