Marcella went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success. After having to rebook our entire trip due to unforeseen complications, she was quick to pivot and never once made us feel like it was a hassle. We loved all her recommendations for hotels, restaurants, wineries, and excursions. Her knowledge of each area, their culture, and not to miss points of interest gave us an ideal roadmap to navigate our vacation. We absolutely loved the Trip Plans app and used it everyday. Marcella kept it up to date by the minute, and texted us periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly. Without hesitation we will use Marcella again, and have already recommended her services to many of our friends.
