Marc is always responsive, gives excellent recommendations and ensures I get the best perks when I book with him. This time it was no different. During my stay I encountered some service issues which I brought to his attention at the time. Within an hour, he called the hotel's guest relations director and the hotel immediately addressed the issues. This attentiveness is second to none - I will definitely ask him to curate my trips again in the future.
