Excellent experience with Marc — he booked our trip the week-of and was still able to arrange a room with a wonderful view at the best rate. Also received very helpful guidance on restaurants/activities.

Marc was fantastic. Always available to answer questions. Super friendly and helpful. Made sure to check in with the hotel multiple times before our arrival to make sure everything was ready for us as well as asked for upgrades (which we got a room upgrade). The free breakfast Marc was able to get us at the resort was a huge help too.
