Such a nice welcome platter and wine in the room, as always! And Mania did an exceptional job in helping us navigate our check-in woes. We were able to go off and explore the beach area knowing that she was in communication with the hotel staff and doing everything possible to expedite the availability of our second room. She was also super helpful recommending various off-property activities and restaurants which was crucial in creating a great itinerary that could make everyone happy. We loved our Big Island vacation - thank you, Mania!

Exceptional again! Mania always manages to secure two rooms near each other - this time they were connecting, which was particularly helpful. And the rate she booked for us included the breakfast and happy hour room which really helped facilitate our schedule so that we could get out and start our days efficiently. This was especially nice during Thanksgiving week, when crowds are often overwhelming in nearby restaurants. And, as always, love knowing that if there are any hiccups during our hotel stays (none were had!), Mania would have our backs.

It's always a pleasure to have Mania take care of our trips. From her prompt responses to our initial requests, all the way through to reconfirming the details a few days before and making sure there's a lovely welcome gift upon our arrival - no complaints! And we know she's always available to assist in anyway during our travels.

Mania is the best there is. She makes sure that the hotel and rooms are perfectly selected, and that there are upgrades like breakfast included and a credit every time. The gift in the room too always makes me smile.
