Mania is the best there is. She makes sure that the hotel and rooms are perfectly selected, and that there are upgrades like breakfast included and a credit every time. The gift in the room too always makes me smile.

We were worried that our last-minute request would be hard to facilitate, but booking with Mania proved easy as it has in the past. She facilitated an early check-in and a late check-out. - which was particularly appreciated given the small window we had. And we were welcomed with a room upgrade along with a lovely bottle of wine and a cheese plate. Mania makes traveling so easy!

Mania always make sure that we have everything we need—that we get the upgraded rooms, gift, free breakfast, and credit. She ensures that everything is thought through beforehand, and on this trip we needed an extra night to get there early, which she took care of. Merci!
